6. Price

The price shown do not include VAT (19%);

The price shown on the invoice will be the same as the one presented on the site at the time of the transaction, plus the VAT plus deliver costs, if any.

7. Payment of services

Payment of services under these Terms and Conditions can be made online with the card.

Payment can be made by Credit/Debit card.

If you pay online, you need to fill in a form with your Credit/Debit Card. If the card transaction has been successful. The following screen will provide the information relevant to the order.

Imari Benella accepts the following Credit/Debit Cards:

VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD/EUROCARD, MAESTRO, including VISA or MASTERCARD VIRTUAL CARDS. Using your Credit/Debit card payment method, your order will be processed immediately.

8. Litigation of Refund Policy

Any dispute arising out of the use of this service will be settled amicably.

If the conflict has not been settled amicably, the jurisdiction lies with the Romanian courts.

By agreeing to these Terms and conditions, the client fully assumes these risks.
